Dialogue for support queries can occur a number of ways, however if you are a maintenance customer, then it is always best to try and find the answers to any of your queries via our User Forum.

This forum has built up over time and is very comprehensive via the contributions of both users and the 12d programming staff. You can also contact us via both phone and email.
